Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is right on the beach, which is a huge plus, and it's conveniently located next to the ferry dock to Isla Mujeres. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay enjoyable. However, the rooms could use better soundproofing, as I experienced quite a bit of noise during my stay, and I felt the beds were a bit small for two people.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were large, clean, and offered a great sea view, plus the location right by the beach was fantastic. However, the service was lacking, especially with misleading information about crowd levels, and the dining options were surprisingly poor given the price I paid. Overall, the hotel has some great features but needs improvement in service and dining.
The hotel has an unbeatable location right on the beach and close to the ferry dock for Isla Mujeres. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they didn’t get freshened up after the first night, and the noise from outside was a bit much at times. The dining experience left something to be desired, as the breakfast options were quite limited for the price paid. Overall, it’s a good value for the location, but there are some details that could use improvement.
The hotel has an unbeatable location right on the beach and close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring. The rooms were clean, but I found the noise from outside a bit disruptive at times. The service was friendly, especially from Alejandro and Elias, which added a nice touch to our stay. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially for the price.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the location was absolutely fantastic, right on the beach and conveniently next to the ferry dock for Isla Mujeres. The room was spacious, which I really appreciated. However, the service wasn't great - I was misled about the crowd situation during the public holiday and found the dining options to be quite underwhelming. Overall, it had some great features, but I feel like I could have gotten more value for my money.
The hotel has a fantastic location, literally right on the beach and close to the ferry for Isla Mujeres. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. However, my room wasn't cleaned even once during my three-night stay, which was pretty disappointing. The breakfast options were quite limited, which didn't seem justified for the price I paid.
The hotel offers a spacious room with a stunning view, making my stay quite enjoyable, but the lack of cleaning after the first night was a letdown. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, adding a personal touch to my experience. The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, but the dining options were underwhelming, especially for the price paid.
The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the beach and close to the dock for trips to Isla Mujeres. The rooms are spacious and generally clean, but the view from my room overlooked a ventilation system, which was a little disappointing. The staff were really friendly, though I felt they tried to overcharge for taxi services. Overall, it's a decent value for the price, but dining options were quite limited.
I had a lovely time at the hotel, enjoying the stunning sea views and the clean, comfortable rooms. The friendly staff really made my stay pleasant, especially Alejandro and Elias, who were always there to help. However, the dining options were a letdown, as the breakfast felt quite underwhelming for the price. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, but it did get a bit noisy at night.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, which was right on the beach and conveniently next to the ferry dock. The rooms were spacious and provided a stunning view, but I felt that the dining options were lacking for the price we paid. The service from the staff was outstanding, making us feel very welcomed, and the location was fantastic, close to nightlife and shopping. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
